We produce 11 different cuvées.
The main role is given to dry chenins de crus
We also have two cuvées of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. A bubble and of course our great sweet wines, only produced in exceptional years.
It goes without saying that if we make every effort to have the most beautiful grapes while respecting our biotope as best as possible, our vinifications take place naturally, without any brutal intervention and without any input (except for micro-doses of sulfur if necessary).
