Savennières Protected Designated Origin - Loire Valley

SAVENNIERES

100% dry chenin on wind-blown sand and schists

A powerful and sharp wine.

Hand harvested.

Slow cold pressing.

Fermentation with natural yeast.

Vinified and aged for 14 to 15 months, 12 of which in oak barrels.

Free malolactic fermentation. Full or partial depending on the vintage.

Food and wine pairing: We like it with mushroom and miso ravioli, a shoulder of lamb with preserved lemon, a butternut squash velouté with summer truffle.

Serving temperature: between 8 and 10 °

Aging potential: built for aging
