SUR LA BUTTE
Blending of Cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon
A wine full of fruit, suave and pulpy.
Soils of schale, phtanite and spilite.
Hand harvested.
40% destemmed Cabernet franc and 60% Cabernet sauvignon vinified in carbonic maceration and whole bunch.
Aged 11 months in stainless steel and concrete.
Food and wine pairing: To be enjoyed with friends with some spicy tapas, a grilled lomo from the Basque country.
Serving temperature: between 13 ° and 14 °
Aging potential : 5-8 years.
