Est Coteaux of the vineyard. Straddled on Chaume. 35° steep slope of sandstone schiste.

"Zerzilles", it is the name of the cadastral parcel. Shared by Patrick Baudouin, Domaine de la Bergerie and Cédric Bourez.

Food and wine pairing: Sea bass in escabeche, frosty sesam and chou pak choi.

Serving temperature: between 10 and 12 °

Cellaring time: 8-10 years.
